Price and payment methods
Prices are shown on each support plan on the crowdfunding page. Planned payment methods are card payment and JPYC / Polygon transfer. JPYC transfers require gas on the wallet side.
Delivery timing
Digital rewards, credits, ad placements, and physical rewards are delivered after support records, required materials, sales format, and production status are confirmed. Individual schedules are updated per plan or supporter guidance.
Refunds and cancellation
Supporter-requested refunds are generally not available. Duplicate payments, mistaken payments, inability to provide a reward, or failed ad / naming review will be handled case by case under each payment method's conditions.
Review of submitted materials
Ad materials, names, and credit text may need adjustment or may be rejected if they conflict with law, public order, third-party rights, or Aiya Desire's world tone.
Pre-launch requirement
Before real paid support opens, the confirmed legal address, phone number, representative, payment operation, and refund procedure must be reviewed and filled in through the public environment configuration.
